Opened in April 2009 by Lee and Hayley from Leicestershire, who have reformed a once tired cafe open only during the summer into one of the best appointed bar and restaurants in the area. Spread over three levels, with ample seating outside on the beachfront paseo, inside their large glazed terrace or in the contemporary evening restaurant within the main building, you will be able to try their delicious, freshly prepared menu whilst enjoying the views.
Their menu offers a varied selection of carefully prepared, delicious cuisine, including fresh and vibrant salads, mains such as Galician lamb cutlets, Chicken Stroganoff and Vegetarian Lasagne and a great choice of baguettes and wraps. Their authentic paellas are made using a traditional Valencian recipe and the steaks are aged for 21 days for tenderness and depth of flavour.
Open seven days, Viva Bar and Restaurant is located at the very end of the promenade towards the villages of Los Urrutias and Los Alcazares and is clearly signposted from the main road opposite the last train terminal on the outskirts of the village.
