Don't be fooled by the 'tourist paella' you may have eaten before - a common practise is to make one large paella and serve reheated portions throughout the day, only to then be charged extra for your salad, bread and alioli. Not at Viva!

Whilst enjoying your complimentary ensalada mixta, fresh bread and alioli (a homemade garlic mayonnaise) we make your delicious paella to order.

We start with a rich blend of peppers and tomatoes, our own 'salsa verde' and homemade stock.  Then, using only the best quality rice and abundant ingredients we carefully prepare the dish, ensuring that when it reaches your table it is as fresh and tasty as a paella should be. What better way to spend a sunny afternoon by the beach?
